This Georgian Manor House offers an unparalleled experience in both style and comfort. Whether you're here to relax, entertain, or celebrate, we promise you a stay that you’ll never forget.
NOTE: Please be mindful of the steps put up throughout the home, be safe!
• The hot tub is available for guest use throughout your stay. We do not often turn it because of safety but guests are welcomed to turn it on themselves upon arrival. Please follow the safety instructions provided in the house manual and ensure children are supervised at all times.
• The barbecue grill is available for guest use. Please clean it after use and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving it unattended. its a common charcoal grill
• There are currently two air fryers available, one in the annex and the other in the main house
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and we ask guests to dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
• Free parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles.
• As the property is located in a peaceful countryside setting, you may occasionally encounter wildlife and natural surroundings, which add to the charm of the location.
• For your security, exterior CCTV cameras may be installed at the entrances to the property. There are no cameras inside the house or in any private guest areas.

Heating Notice:
The dining room can be a little colder than the other rooms. We have two electric heaters and have also provided additional electric heaters as a backup for guests to use if needed. These are found in the kitchen cupboard closer to the entrance door
Trampoline Notice:
Our trampoline is available to enjoy, though the safety frame has been removed and it's an open trampoline. Please use with care and at your own risk, and kindly ensure children are supervised at all times.
Water usage & pressure notice:
To ensure a comfortable shower experience in the property, please note that water pressure may be affected when multiple taps, showers or other water sources are being used at the same time. For best results, we recommend staggering showers and heavy water use when possible as this will help maintain steady water flow for all guests. Regarding the water pressure, as there are multiple electric showers throughout the property, guests may need to use them in turns to maintain a consistent water supply. The showers also have adjustable temperature settings.
• If you experience any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any concerns as quickly as possible to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Please note that we require a refundable security deposit of between £400-£500, depending on the booking. This deposit will be refunded to you after your stay, provided there are no damages.
We also use a secure software verification link as part of our property management process across all booking channels. This is required to complete the necessary pre-arrival checks before your stay.
